The hotel has a great location with lovely views of the lake, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the rooms could use some improvement, particularly with the amenities like tea and coffee facilities. Also, the shower setup needs attention as it created quite a mess. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but felt there were areas that could be better.
